A one-person creator is a whole team. Castor keeps the rhythm without losing the voice.

Castor is an AI creation OS for creators who run everything themselves. Planning, making, scheduling, and publishing sit on one timeline, and its Flow Intelligence learns how you sound and how often you post, so it keeps the tempo without taking over. I led the product vision, the brand, and the design system for Oran.AI.

01The problem

Every step lived in a separate app.

Take Emily: financial modeler by day, beauty creator by night. Real voice, no team, no time. Her week splinters across a dozen apps, most of it spent moving work between tools instead of making, until she's posting in a voice that isn't quite hers.

Two dozen disconnected apps
Where the day goesCreation split across two dozen tools: plan in one, write in another, edit somewhere else, publish somewhere else again.
Creators shouldn't have to choose between speed and soul.
02My call

The brief said "fully automate it." I said no.

Castor's client, a content-marketing agency, wanted a fully automated social-media manager. But full automation is exactly what makes every creator sound the same, and the voice is the one thing they'll never trade. My line: guided, not replaced. The AI carries the tempo and the volume; the creator keeps the voice and signs off before anything ships.

Manual to automated spectrum
The line I drewThe brief wanted full automation. I pushed back to guided: the AI carries the tempo, the creator keeps the voice and signs off before anything ships.
How might we turn a fragmented pipeline into one flow a creator stays inside, where AI keeps the tempo but never takes the voice?
03Design · The twin

It begins by learning the creator's voice.

Before you make anything, Castor builds your Digital Twin: it reads your past posts for tone, style, and look, then stands in for you, generating avatars, images, and copy that still sound like you. One person, a stand-in that never drifts off-voice.

Learns from your past postsIt studies how you already sound and look, then stands in for you, generating avatars and images in your voice.
04Design · Plan

It plans like an agency.

The Dashboard is a strategy hub: a team of agents reads your niche and the trends, then hands back positioning and an editable strategy report, plus a short checklist to get live. What usually takes an agency, opened by one person.

Dashboard as a brand team
One person, a whole teamPositioning, strategy reports, a get-live checklist, and performance, in one place. Ask your team anything.
05Design · Studio

Drafting and scheduling share one timeline.

Studio drafts copy, images, and video in your tone, next to a live preview styled like the real platform, so what you see is what your audience will. Schedule drops each piece into the week. Idea to published never leaves the flow.

Studio meets Schedule
Studio meets ScheduleGenerate in context, an on-demand chatbot plus Studio for text, images, and video, then let Schedule drop each post onto the week.
06Design · One voice

One voice carries across every format.

Because it's the same twin everywhere, every post stays on brand, photos, video, a talking avatar, copy, without rebuilding the style each time. A solo creator gets the consistency a brand usually pays a team for.

07Design · Flow

It sustains consistency without burnout.

Flow Intelligence is the quiet thread: it reads your cadence and how your audience responds, then nudges you on when to draft, tidy, or publish, so you stay consistent without grinding yourself out. Every suggestion editable, reversible, yours. The interface matches: soft gradients, calm motion, one continuous scroll.

A creator's edge was never speed. It was staying in rhythm.
08Impact

The gains held up in the real world.

Castor shipped for solo creators and small brands, bilingual from day one. The gains landed where the fragmentation used to hurt: one fashion brand's Xiaohongshu account passed a thousand likes in under three weeks from a standing start. Reported by Oran.AI across its 2025 rollout.

09What I'd carry forward

Three things I'd carry into the next creator tool.

/ 01

For creative AI, the hardest decision is where to stop automating. Automate the labor all day, but automate the voice and the work stops being theirs, and the tool loses the one person it was built for.

/ 02

Intelligence belongs in the flow, not in a chat box bolted to the side. The AI worth trusting anticipates the next move; the assistant nobody wanted just interrupts with a suggestion.

/ 03

For a creator tool, speed is the wrong promise. The real value is consistency: helping someone keep showing up in their own voice, week after week, without burning out to do it.

The best creative tools don't make you faster. They give you your rhythm back.
